As the contract is with you as the tenant, the landowner does have the right to sell their property. If the landowner sells the property, and you are able to remain the tenant, then you don’t have to do anything. However, you are required to move, you can either negotiate for the new tenant/owner to take over the PPA Agreement, which would be in their best interest, as their power will be much cheaper than buying from the conventional grid. Alternatively, you can purchase the system outright, at which point you will have the right to remove the system and install elsewhere. No, you do not need to, and we will help you to inform my current electrical retailer and your electrical retailer will organize a meter change to change your meter to smart meter. Please note a fee may be charged by your electrical retailer if the meter box for switchboard need upgrade.

We will start charging electricity generated by Solar system once your solar feed-in tariff is approved by your electrical retailer.

Yes, you will receive an electricity bill from Green IOT on monthly based on the electricity generated by the solar system. The bill from your electricity retailer will still remain the same.

After the solar system is installed at your home, usually the total bill from electricity retailer and Green IOT will be less than what you used to pay. However, this will depend on your usage of electricity and the electricity tariff and feed-in tariff from your electricity retailer.

We will charge the electricity by reading the inverter on a monthly basis. The solar system does not work overnight, and it automatically turns off in the evening.
